Shipping Information
Local Orders (Manitoba)
We offer a flat rate of $5 shipping on all orders in Manitoba! The shipping fee will be automatically applied to your order if the indicated mailing address is specified as Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. All deliveries will occur within 1-3 business days and you will be notified via email.
US Orders
We offer standard and express flat rate shipping within the USA. Shipping and estimated times can be viewed at checkout. Free standard shipping on all orders over $130+ after any promotions and before tax.
Canada Orders
We offer standard and express flat rate shipping within Canada. Shipping and estimated times can be viewed at checkout. Free standard shipping on all orders over $130+ after any promotions and before tax.
International Orders
At this time, we are currently offering shipping within Canada & USA only.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties may be charged for USA orders. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. mmel apparel is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on international orders to the USA.
Cut-off times
All orders placed after 5 pm CST will be processed the following business day. We do not make any deliveries on the weekends. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Processing time
Your order will process for 24-48 business hours after payment is authorized and verified. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to the indicated email address and contain tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipments to update with the carrier.
Delays
We are not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped.
Correct Mailing Address
We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing information and mail address provided by the customer.
To ensure that your order is properly delivered and you receive your order within the advertised time frames, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. This includes the use of correct abbreviations, street, building and/or apartment numbers. mmel apparel does not take responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly labelled at the time of purchase.
Lost/Missing Packages
mmel apparel is not responsible for packages lost or missing in transit once a package is in the courier's hand. Please note that mmel apparel does not hold or accept responsibility for any packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or reship packages for any lost packages that the courier has confirmed delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to file claims on behalf of customers for lost or missing packages.
Reserved Rights regarding shipping and returns
Additionally, mmel apparel reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- irregular or excessive return history that indicates “wardrobing”
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity; or,
- Irregular or excessive return history involving worn, damaged, altered, and/or missing items
Similarly, mmel apparel reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns to any customer due to similar actions as noted above.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
*Please note that shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the order date. Shipping may be delayed than the expected date to invalid mailing address and customer information, customs clearance procedures or other causes. We are not responsible for any delayed and/or lost packages.
