Q: How can I track my order?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipping, an email will be sent to the provided email address containing tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for your shipping details to be updated with shipping courier.
Damage or Lost Items
Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do?
For any damaged or defected pieces, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a return or exchange.*
*Please note that all orders prior to delivery are inspected thoroughly and photographed to ensure proof of quality. If any item is claimed to be damaged or defective, the customer must provide proof. We will inspect and determine if a return or exchange will be granted.
Q: My order says delivered but it’s not there. What should I do?
mmel apparel is not responsible for packages lost or missing in transit once a package is in the courier hands. We do not issue refunds or credits for any delivered packages that courier has confirmed delivered.
We kindly ask you to contact the shipping courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to file claims on behalf of customers for lost or missing packages.
Q: What is the return policy?
Items bought on mmelapparel.ca will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivered date. All merchandise must be received in its original form with tags attached. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of stains, odours, self tanner and makeup, pet hair or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
Please note that all clearance items, bodysuits and intimates related products (due to hygiene reasons) are final sale.
Q: How do I process a return?

- Please enter “Returns + Order #” in the subject line and kindly let us know what product you would like to return and a brief reason for return.
- Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide you with a shipping address for return. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling costs for the return. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not liable for any parcels that are lost en route back to us
Q: I have made a return. How long does the refund take to show
Please allow 5-7 business days of us receiving your parcel.
Refunds require approximately 3 to 5 business days after we have processed the return. For more information, please contact your financial institution as each bank has varying processing time.
